Welcome to Fitmate! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached..

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the mistake was on our side.

Refunds :

Packages can be opened in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left the delivery location, no refunds will be accepted.

Refunds are only accepted if there is a defect in the product or an issue caused by us.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

• If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
